2. Please do not close the browser till you get an appropriate message (Payment Successful/Unsuccessful) and note down the Customer Reference number.
3. In case, you have made the payment, but failed to get any response on browser, Kindly wait for 24 hours before attempting the payment again. In case the problem persists, contact help desk.
4. In case the message indicates that payment is unsuccessful; but the amount is debited from bank account then kindly contact your respective bank.
5. In case of payment confirmation not received, transaction amount will be refunded back within 3-4 working days.
